This bath oil is recommended for people of all ages (from 3 years old) and for times of stress or when you have a cold. It is also effective as a foot bath.

Add 1 to 3 capfuls to your bath water before bathing. You can also add a small amount to a basin of lukewarm water and use it when washing your face. Add a few drops to a bowl of warm water to use as a room aroma.
