発送時期・配送重量について
- ご注文確認メール後、即日〜通常7営業日以内に発送します。
- ドイツの発送拠点から、DHLでお届けします。 発送完了メールで追跡番号（追跡付き配送の場合）等をご案内します。
- 送料の計算には、商品と梱包材・箱の重量が含まれます。 梱包重量は2kgまで350g、2kgを超えるお荷物は500gが目安です。
- 最大10kgまで承ります。10kgを超える場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。
- 配達日数は発送後の目安です。 イースター・クリスマス・天候・通関などにより遅れる場合があります。

BioLounge ships from Germany to destinations within Germany, the European Union, and selected countries outside the EU. Please check the shipping fees and ordering information for your destination below.
Due to changes in US customs regulations, DHL is currently not accepting our shipments to the United States. We are therefore unable to offer shipping to the US at this time.

Premium shipping only
Only the Premium shipping option is available for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Every parcel includes tracking and compensation coverage of up to EUR 500, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and other import charges in the destination country. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Product prices and shipping fees are calculated in euros
using the daily exchange rate.
Deliveries outside the EU
Payments are charged in Japanese yen.
If you pay with PayPal, payment in your local currency
may be available.
Dispatch and parcel weight
- Orders may be dispatched as early as the day of confirmation and are normally dispatched within 7 business days after the order confirmation email.
- Parcels are shipped from Germany via DHL. Tracking details, where applicable, are provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
- Shipping weight includes the products, packaging materials and shipping box. Packaging typically weighs approximately 350 g for parcels up to 2 kg, and 500 g for heavier parcels.
- We accept parcels up to 10 kg. Please contact us in advance for orders exceeding this weight.
- Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Easter, Christmas, weather conditions and customs clearance may cause delays.
Frequently asked questions
Does the JPY 8,500 free-shipping threshold apply to all countries?
No. Free shipping on product purchases of JPY 8,500 or more applies only to deliveries within Germany. For other EU destinations, the threshold is JPY 22,000.

Is compensation coverage included?
Deliveries within Germany include tracking and compensation coverage of up to EUR 500. Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are available only with Premium shipping, which includes tracking and compensation coverage of up to EUR 500 for every parcel.
For shipments covered by BioLounge insurance, refunds for damage, loss, missing items or incorrect deliveries are handled according to our store policy. Please see our Terms of Service for details.
