This special herbal tonic contains concentrated juices and extracts containing iron, hibiscus flower, bitter fennel, angelica root and a variety of botanical extracts, including Vitamin C. A health drink from Germany.

Applications
Suggested dose: 2 tablets daily with plenty of fluids
Recommended Intake
Girls aged 10-15: 1 tablet per day
Breastfeeding women: 3 tablets daily
Pregnant women: 4 tablets daily
It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before a meal.
The intake is carried out over a period of 4 to 8 weeks.
If possible, avoid drinking it with coffee, black tea, or green tea, as tannins may inhibit iron absorption.
