Alkaline whole body bath How to use: Add 3 tablespoons (tablespoons) to a full body bath and soak for 30 to 90 minutes at 36-37.5°C. Frequency: Twice a week is optimal. Tip: Take plenty of rest after bathing. Alkaline foot bath How to Use: Add 1 tablespoon (1 tbsp) to a foot bath in warm or cold water as needed and soak feet for 30-60 minutes. Frequency: We recommend 3-5 times a week. Alkaline cleaning How to use: Add 1 teaspoon to 1 liter of warm water, mix well with your hands and then use to wash your body. Tip: For long-lasting deodorant and a refreshing feeling, especially when used under the arms.
